Falling in Love with Santorini.

Greece

by Saumil Shah

Santorini occupies a special place in my heart. Here is a ring of islands left over from a volcanic explosion in the middle of the Aegean, with cute and colourful towns perched on its cliffs, fields and vineyards on its slopes and beaches along the water's edge.

Santorini was love at first sight. Take an early morning walk through the streets of Oia. Dry off on the black volcanic sands of Kamari beach after a swim. Enjoy a beautiful sunset gazing out into the azure blue sea. But above all, it was the people who we fell in love with! Warm, simple, friendly and genuine. Santorini is best explored unplanned. Fall in love again, in your own way!

A must for every Santorini guest is having dinner at the old harbor in Ia and Vlychada. Something you’ll never forget.
